The Peace Love and Understanding Coloring Book
And this, through the eyes of a soulful Child....No words needed.
Little Madison Campbell Butler colored this page from The Peace Love and Understanding Coloring Book... and in doing so, she painted the world as One. All of us. One human kind existing together.... all colors, all genders, all orientations, religions, ethnicities and ages....
Her vision is mine. And I hope, yours....
One world. One love...
May the Circle be unbroken.....

The Peace Love and Understanding Coloring Book is available at retailers everywhere: on Amazon, Northlight Books, Barnes and Noble, and the artist' Etsy page Justgivemepeace.etsy.com

Raw Peace....
© Singleton
"She peeked out,
just barely,
over the river's edge.
Stretched her lazy pink pajama~ed arms
high up into the sky
and sighed...
The new day....
The Promise...
And for just a moment,
before the rickety rattle battle
of voices
and traffic
and chaos begins...
She's untouched.
Raw...
Perfect....."
Words and Artwork (c) Singleton 2011
A full 15" across and 1 1/2" thick, collage on wooden circle. This heavy little Sunrise was created in the midst of Chaos. The psychedelic Sun watercolored on Strathmore cold press paper, and collaged onto a painted and then sanded, smeared and distressed chunk of wood. The word "Raw" and the broken Peace Sign were stamped from my handcarved collection.

The Conversation Chair, Singleton Hippie Art
Sometimes,
you just need to be still.
Very, very still.
And pray for peace.
Recycled chair splattered with simple thoughts from peaceful times. Artwork © Singleton. Ready for Display at Deland Indie Market, November 29th, 2015, Artisan Alley.

Lettin' my Freak Flag Fly .....
"I stumbled here.
Tripped over everyday life,
deadpan voices bringing me down,
haunting spirits pulling me up,
the lull-a-bye of rock and roll and blues sifting through the trees....
water running....
I stumbled here,
with skinned up knees,
and tattered jeans,
a few tiny tattoos,
and a string of love beads...
And this is where I met my meant-to-be,
My "Hold-you-up or carry-you through this" Hippie Love...
My here.
My now.
And this is wear I'm flyin' my flag....
High....and free....."
Story and little signs on the back of our tandem bike, The Zep, (c) Singleton
And as always, please don't copy and paste my stuff onto your stuff and try to sell it,
It makes the Karma faeries have to work so very, very hard, and it makes this Old Hippie sad, makes my kids mad, and makes our attorney just a little more fat rich....

The Psychedelic Forest, Singleton and Singleton Hippie Flash Art
The Psychedelic Forest
(c) Singleton and Singleton
"We camped on the Banks of the River,
Nesting under a Full Moon that
rolled over into the morning ,
an open armed Sunrise....
Night eyes watched our every move,
listened to our laughter,
windchimes in the dark,
and waited....
for our breathing
to fall into quiet rhythm with the water....
Waited for us to sleep.....
To dream.....
And then they danced around us....
Faeries and Things that go Boo! in the night....
Wild ones, and winged ones,
and Spirits from before....
Alive....
In the Psychedelic Forest......"

9 x 12 Original on 140 lb Coldpress paper. This little baby is an awesome collaboration between myself and my son. Water colors, markers, ballpoint pen, colored pencils in a frenzy of style.
