your beer and

not believing or seeing the change in the mirror,
and I laughed
when we
said good~night
and you realized
you were
smiling through each story,
twirling,
spinning,
dancing.....
On your hateful Friday night.

The night you'd promised to the blues.....

"Peace".....
I whispered over my shoulder
in closing ceremonial fashion,
and you smiled again....

I know,
I saw it in the mirror.....

    C~ Gotta love you girl! Your package is posting today (Bet you thought I'd never get these girls mailed!) Much love....and thank you for knowing that sooner or later I actually would go to the post office....And she's yours, of course, sweet friend....

    skinny...we've been dancing in the hippie parade forever, twirling those peace batons, tossing 'em out to the crowd......ILYSVVM girl. In a million lifetimes, I could never say enough times....how BIG I love you! And jsyk, no matter how many miles lie two laned, four laned, dirt roaded between us, you've been with me every moment of every sleepless day through all of this....Kimbies, you....I couldn't stand up without you girls! xoxo
